Chilli Chicken
Ingredients
Boneless
chicken cut into pieces 1 kg
Capsicum
(yellow, red and green) 1 each
Green
chilli (sliced into two) 10 nos
Garlic
(chopped finely) 10 cloves
Soya sauce
2 tbsp
Corn flour
2 tbsp
Onion
(finely chopped) 4 nos
Pepper
powder 1 tsp
Egg 2 nos
Salt to
taste
Oil to fry
Preparation
Mix soya sauce, corn flour, salt and eggs in a
bowl and marinate chicken pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken and set
aside.
Cut
capsicum into squares of 2 cm. Sauté in oil for two minutes and set aside.
Heat one
spoon oil in a pan, add garlic and green chillies and fry. Pour two cups of
water, pepper powder, soya sauce. When boiling put the chicken pieces and cook
for few minutes. Add capsicum and mix well. Mix two table spoons of corn flour
in 100 ml water and add it to the curry stirring constantly.
Cook for
two more minutes and take off from heat.
Serve hot.
