Chicken Fry
with Tomatoes
Ingredients
Chicken
(Cut into pieces) 1 Kg
coriander powder 2 tsp
chilli powder 2 tsp
Onion (finely sliced) 2 nos
oil/ butter 1/2 cup
Tomato (diced into pieces) 4 nos
ginger (finely chopped) 1 tsp
coconut (grated and fried) 1 cup
Salt to taste

Preparation
Take
coriander powder, chilli powder, onion, and coconut in a mixer and grind it
gently. Heat oil/butter in a pan and add the tomato pieces to it stirring well.
When the tomato is cooked add chopped ginger and ground masala mix and mix well
till the masala is well cooked. Add chicken pieces, salt and water. Cook till
the chicken pieces are tender.
